Flamenco Gala: Casa de España celebrates its 25th anniversary

A meeting for lovers of art, music and tradition

Casa de España, a cultural landmark in Whittier, celebrates 25 years of serving the community. To celebrate in style and coinciding with the Day of Cultural Diversity (October 12) , CAI Project LA is producing a Flamenco Gala that will transform the celebration into a true tribute to art, inclusion, and friendship. This date not only celebrates our Hispanic roots, but also the richness of the cultural diversity that unites us, and we want to share it with you in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.

Guest artists

For this Flamenco Gala, we have a luxury cast that will take us on a journey through the rhythms, melodies, and emotions of southern Spain:

• Andrés Vadin , a flamenco guitar virtuoso, will offer us his mastery and vibrant style.

• Diego Álvarez , a renowned percussionist, will bring the energy of the cajón and flamenco styles.

• Pepele Méndez , a singer with a heartbreaking voice, will perform songs full of passion.

• Lakshmi “La Chimi” and Vanessa Albalos , internationally renowned dancers, will bring each beat to life with their expression and spirit.

In addition to enjoying the show, we'll celebrate Casa de España 's 25th anniversary with exquisite tapas and an authentic paella. We want this celebration to be a true cultural experience: a gathering of friends, artists, and the public where we share flavors, music, and memories.
